Each ml contains:
Tiamulin (as base) ................................. 100 mg
Excipients .................................................. q.s. to 1 ml

Pleuromutilin antibiotic.
Indications
TIANOR® 10 Injection is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by tiamulin-sensitive microorganisms, including:
Respiratory diseases
Mycoplasma infections
Swine dysentery
Enzootic pneumonia
Enteritis caused by Brachyspira spp.
Chronic respiratory disease (CRD)
Target Species
Pigs
Poultry (where injectable use is approved by local regulations)
Mechanism of Action
Tiamulin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, providing strong activity against Mycoplasma spp., Brachyspira spp., and selected Gram-positive bacteria.
Dosage & Administration
For intramuscular (IM) injection.
Pigs
5–10 mg tiamulin/kg body weight
(Equivalent to 0.5–1 ml per 10 kg body weight)
Once daily for 3–5 consecutive days

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to tiamulin
Do not administer concurrently with ionophores (monensin, salinomycin, narasin, lasalocid)
Do not use in animals receiving feed containing ionophores
Side Effects
Transient redness or irritation at injection site
Reduced feed intake (rare)
Toxicity if combined with ionophores
Withdrawal Period
(Indicative – subject to local regulations)

Special Warnings
Strictly avoid simultaneous use with ionophore antibiotics
Follow correct dosage to prevent toxicity
