Each ml contains:
Sulfadoxine ........................................ 200 mg
Trimethoprim ..................................... 40 mg
Excipients ........................................ q.s. to 1 ml

Potentiated sulfonamide antibacterial.
Indications
SULFANOR T is indicated for the treatment and control of bacterial infections caused by microorganisms susceptible to sulfonamides and trimethoprim, including:
Respiratory tract infections
Gastrointestinal infections
Urinary tract infections
Septicemia
Secondary bacterial infections
The long-acting sulfonamide provides sustained antibacterial activity.

Mechanism of Action
Sulfadoxine inhibits folic acid synthesis in bacteria.
Trimethoprim blocks dihydrofolate reductase.
This dual sequential blockade results in bactericidal synergistic action.
Dosage & Administration
Cattle, Sheep, Goats & Camels:
1 ml per 15–20 kg body weight
Single dose or once daily for 2–3 days, depending on severity
Route of Administration:
Intramuscular (IM)
Subcutaneous (SC)
⚠️ Ensure adequate hydration during treatment.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to sulfonamides or trimethoprim
Severe liver or kidney disorders
Dehydrated animals
Side Effects
Mild swelling or pain at injection site
Rare allergic reactions
Withdrawal Period (indicative – subject to local regulations)
Meat:
Cattle: 21 days
Sheep & Goats: 14 days
Milk:
Not permitted for use in lactating animals
