Description
PipaNor 100 WSP is a high-concentration, water-soluble anthelmintic containing 100% piperazine citrate, formulated for the treatment and control of roundworm (nematode) infestations in poultry and livestock.
It is particularly effective against Ascaridia, Heterakis, and other susceptible intestinal nematodes, and is ideal for mass deworming programs via drinking water.
Mode of Action
Piperazine acts by paralyzing susceptible nematodes through neuromuscular blockade, resulting in expulsion of worms from the gastrointestinal tract by normal peristalsis without killing them, which reduces toxin release.
