Description

LincoSpecNor WSP is a broad-spectrum water-soluble antibiotic combination formulated for the treatment and control of respiratory, intestinal, and systemic bacterial infections in poultry and livestock.
The synergistic combination of lincomycin and spectinomycin provides excellent activity against Mycoplasma, Gram-positive bacteria, and several Gram-negative pathogens.

Mode of Action

• Lincomycin: A lincosamide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, particularly effective against Gram-positive bacteria and Mycoplasma.

• Spectinomycin: An aminocyclitol antibiotic that inhibits protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, providing strong activity against Gram-negative bacteria and enhancing the overall antimicrobial spectrum.

Dosage & Administration

• Administer via drinking water

• Prepare fresh medicated water daily
