Composition

Description

CocciNor Ampro is a highly effective water-soluble anticoccidial powder formulated for the treatment and control of coccidiosis in poultry.
It acts by inhibiting thiamine utilization in Eimeria species, leading to interruption of carbohydrate metabolism and elimination of the parasite.

Mode of Action

Amprolium is a thiamine analogue that competitively inhibits thiamine uptake by coccidia, resulting in starvation and death of the parasite without affecting the host when used at recommended doses.

• Treatment and control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria species

• Watery or bloody diarrhea

• Reduced feed intake and poor weight gain

• High-risk periods (wet litter, high stocking density, stress)
