Description

AVINOR TRI-NIBD is a triple inactivated vaccine containing:

  • Inactivated Newcastle Disease Virus
    (La Sota strain)

  • Inactivated Infectious Bronchitis Virus
    (M41 strain)

  • Infectious Bursal Disease Virus VP2 protein
    (Subunit antigen)

This advanced formulation provides broad-spectrum protection against three major viral diseases of chickens, while:

  • Reducing immunosuppression compared with live IBD vaccines

  • Supporting early-life vaccination programs

  • Enhancing overall immune performance and productivity


Indication

AVINOR TRI-NIBD is indicated for the active immunization of chickens to prevent:

  • Newcastle Disease (ND)

  • Infectious Bronchitis (IB)

  • Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD / Gumboro)


Target Species

  • Chickens

    • Chicks

    • Breeders


Administration and Dosage

Administer by subcutaneous injection in the neck or intramuscular injection.

Dosage

  • Chicks (7–14 days of age):
    0.3 ml per bird

  • Breeder chickens:
    Vaccinate 14–28 days before onset of laying
    0.5 ml per bird


Vaccination Program

  • Single vaccination according to age and production stage

  • Booster vaccination according to field challenge and veterinary recommendation

  • Suitable for integration into modern vaccination programs aiming to reduce live vaccine stress


Method of Use

  1. Allow vaccine to reach room temperature before use

  2. Shake well before and during use to ensure uniform emulsion

  3. Use sterile syringes and needles

  4. Do not mix with other vaccines or medicinal products


Contraindications

  • Do not vaccinate sick, stressed, or immunocompromised birds

  • Hypersensitivity to any component of the vaccine


Warnings and Precautions

  • For veterinary use only

  • Vaccinate healthy birds only

  • Avoid freezing

  • Maintain strict biosecurity during vaccination

  • Dispose of empty containers according to local regulations


Adverse Reactions

  • Mild and transient swelling at injection site may occur

  • Reactions usually resolve spontaneously
