Indications
ALBENOR® 300 Bolus is indicated for the treatment and control of internal parasitic infestations caused by albendazole-sensitive parasites, including:
Gastrointestinal Nematodes
Haemonchus spp.
Ostertagia spp.
Trichostrongylus spp.
Cooperia spp.
Nematodirus spp.
Lungworms
Tapeworms (Cestodes)
Adult Liver Flukes
Fasciola hepatica
Fasciola gigantica
Target Species
Sheep
Goats
Calves
Camels (according to veterinary judgment)
Mechanism of Action
Albendazole interferes with parasite energy metabolism by inhibiting microtubule formation, resulting in immobilization and death of susceptible parasites.
Dosage & Administration
For oral administration only.
Sheep & Goats
7.5 mg albendazole/kg body weight
(Equivalent to 1 bolus per 40 kg body weight)
Calves
7.5–10 mg/kg body weight
As advised by veterinarian
📌 Administer using a suitable balling gun.
📌 Do not underdose.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to benzimidazoles
Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy
Avoid use in severely debilitated animals

Rare mild gastrointestinal disturbances
